I'd ask around at the next STC meeting or ask whatever contacts you have
and see whether this company has a reputation for shoddy work. If they
do, don't bother with them. If not, I'd let them know and give them
another shot. If they're a good company, they'd want the feedback so
they can improve their process. By pointing it out, you might be
starting a worthwhile relationship with them.
