I'm new to this discussion group, but have done a bit of tech writing for a
aluminium smelting production control systems development group using VAX
Document. We found that for our end-user training the best methodology was
Information Mapping. It is a complete package, that fit neatly into our
requirements for a documentation system that was suitable for both print and
on line display. Procedural Maps are only one part of this very
comprehensive system. Anybody out there using IMapping?
