Part I: Developing Document Templates (in Word)
Demonstration of the advanced word processing templates that RWD uses to
control documentation development and promote rapid conversions to online Help.
The template development process and the skills needed by the template developer
will be described.
Part II: Document Management (Using "Documentum" Software)
Demonstration of RSD's document management software (Documentum) and a
discussion of how RWD incorporates this software into its documentation
workflow.
