If you are (as seems likely) going to run the apps in a Web environment, you
can use the help system developed by Netscape (although it may not be fully
compatible with other browsers). Point your browser at:
and follow the directions for downloading the free files. The files also
contain links to discussions of frames, which might be useful. Note that the
current version of net help does not support _context-sensitive_ help for Java
apps, but it does for C and C++ apps.
