Let's say I'm the new tech communication manager for company A. I see
one person listed for company A, so I lead that person to believe I'm
looking for a job at company A (using my home e-mail, of course). I'm
just curious because I want to see what kind of response perspective
employees will get. He doesn't know me because I just got the job and
he's moved on. He proceeds to trash the hell out of company A.
Before I started to cooperate in a venture, I'd like to get some legal
wisdom (oxymoron?) on the liability of providing information in such a
situation.
