Hi Vikki!
Lots of talk lately regarding styles and conventions and such. I usually
stay with the conventions because a) that's what most people are familiar
with, and b) conventions tend to work pretty well. On the other hand, I
don't feel bound to them if I believe something else will work better.
Author's discretion (provided management approves).
In your case, I would use 15 vice fifteen because of clarity. The measuring
device employed by your user most likely has numeric markings, and thus
would appear the same as in your text.
