Fabien:
One of our writers if French-Canadian... He says you are absolutely
right.
The Canadians have "bastardized" the Parisian French language, and speak
what he calls "Franglais" - a combination of Parisian French, Canadian
French, English, and American. Some words are just borrowed English
(like "les beans" for beans, instead of the proper word "f`evres")

Can't help you there. I asked Dan (the French-Canadian if he knew if
such a document existed, and he said jokingly, "Damn, I hope not!"
Actually, there should be some documents like that out there. Check
with
a big library (especially in Canada, like Toronto, or Ontario).
