There's another one I've noticed -- you receive a message that is
apparently part of a conversation between two other people, and just
*happens* to include the URL for "that weight-loss product you asked me
about"...

Tricky stuff. Hey, how about we adapt the technique -- make manuals into
sets of e-mails, mailed out to users at irregular intervals... (just
kidding)
