I understand, I feel your pain...been there, done that...today even...except
this was a presentation
book we needed copies done for, collated and then bound...I provided the color
work (um...99 cents
for each color copy is a BIT steep in my estimation...when I can print it
cheaper).

What I would like to know....has anyone come up with a way to work with
printers that will allow you
to spell out the nuances of a job without spending 45 minutes in explaination
(for what I thought was a
simple job)?
