David, I suugest:
 
Don't do it!!!!
 
    Powerpoint's html conversion feature is quite cumbersome, and produces html that only an MS software engineer could love. You'll wind up with each page presented as a huge graphic (read screen shot), with navigation buttons at the bottom.
 
<exaggeration>Each screen will take approx. 5 - 10 hours to load with a 28k modem.</exaggeration>
 
    If at all possible, create something in an html native program, using the elements from your ppt. show.
