Shawn,

In the "Microsoft Access 97 for Windows Superguide," which I
really like, Chapter 12 "Designing Complex Forms" starts off with the
section, "Designing Forms from Scratch."

I was not offended in the least by that section title!
Perhaps if I were from somewhere other than North America, it might be
strange. I'm not sure. In the rest of the manual, they use the expression,
"Designing Custom..." I think that might be a pretty strong hint to the
users that they will be building something themselves.
