Besides technical writing, occasional MARCOM, and six dozen other tasks, I
purchase all of the copies of RoboHELP for my group (40+ writers).
Blue Sky owes me two "free" upgrades to RoboHELP Office 2000 (I sent in my
certificates on time, yep, I did).
Have not heard peep one yet.
Any day now I guess...
