Kaplana,

You need only one template for all chapters, one for TOC, for IX, and
for Appendix (and we use one for front matter too). You can set up
autonumbering so copies of that chapter (01.fm, 02.fm...etc) change
numbering for all para styles (Chapter, figures, tables, etc.)

If you want to apply these styles to a blank document, you can open a
template and save as..., or you can import styles into existing text
(File | Import | Formats)

If you want to make the template available in File | New, all you must
do is put the template in your templates directory under you Frame
directory.
