Two devious suggestions:
1. If you're working in a Windows environment: open a "My Computer" window.
Navigate to the directory where the Frame file is. Right-click on the file
name, and select "Properties." Remove the Read-only attribute, click OK,
and exit back to Frame.
2. Use File/Save As to save it under a different name. (Then delete the
original and rename the copy)
