Re: brief release history of FrameMaker
As for upcoming releases, Adobe hasn't announced anything.
However, there have been indications coming out of Adobe that the next major release is likely to support Mac OS X natively, which at least suggests that there will be a FrameMaker 8.0 :-) No information on dates, though.
If I had to guess, I'd say in the first half of 2004 or so, but that is based on nothing more than gut feeling.
