With some research, and David's info re: PDFMaker Macro, I finally got the
MSWord-to-PDF conversion to work.
This is what I did:
Copied the Pdfmaker.dot file in the Program Files/Adobe/Acrobat
5.0/Pdfmaker folder to Program Files/Microsoft Office/Office/Startup.
