The Binder is not used to update or save electronic records. It is used only
to print a single, easily bound copy of all of the procedures together. This
printed copy is used to maintain a signed Device History Record (DHR) in
hardcopy.

The electronic records of the various procedures are updated individually as
needed; the single, printed DHR for each device includes all of the
procedures that were performed during its manufacture.
