John, Thanks for the tip.

Nice little add-ons. I had no idea they existed. But...

There are more than 100 paragraph styles defined in a main chapter document.
The default style information list ened up being nearly 200 pages long. I
ended up copying all the content into a blank Word document, then reducing
the text size and creating a 3-column document to make it a manageable 50
pages.

And this lists everything. I mean everything. One line per element. If I had
a wish list for this product (and I may email the author to see if it can be
done) is to do 3 primary things:

- Offer an option between basic (certain key and commonly used attributes)
and advanced (all attributes), or just ignore the many that are left at
their default settings.
- Run together the items in each section, separated by, say semicolons.
- Use a "based-on" methodology, where only the differences between a "base"
definition are actually output.

The last 2 are in line with how Word formats their printout of this
information.

Still, once I get my first check from this place, I know where $10 of it are
earmarked for.

P.S. I'm doing a presentation on online communities for user assistance
professionals. This is one I'll be talking about, and your response, both
its quickness and its helpfulness is a great example. (I know there are tons
more, but being able to add a personal touch should help enrapture the
audience.) Unless you object, I'd like to use this as a specific example
(I'll be doing some general examples as well).

Prairie Software to do just that...the cost is about $10.
