You could avoid this entire problem by changing the font instead of using quotes. We ended up doing this because for instructions on entering specific pieces of information into fields. We were worried that people might think the comma was part of the string they needed to enter....so we use Courier to indicate information users are supposed to put in. No more confusion with commas. Or maybe I'm just missing the point of the thread. Who knows. I've had bad luck with my software all day and I'm in a funky mood. :-)
