Back in September, Trish Robertson asked,

"Any suggestions for the best book out there to
learn all the deep, dark secrets about tables, alternating headers and
footers, graceful handling of large documents, numbering, etc."

A coworker just asked me the same question, so I thought I would reply
to the list.

In my search for an answer, I came across Special Edition Using Office
2003, by Ed Bott, Woody Leonhard.  Some people may know Woody from
www.wopr.com, from which I have been getting newsletters and hints and
tips about Word, Excel and Windows, for a few years. I should have
turned to them first, so high is my respect for them.

So, I just thought I'd also pass this info on to the list.
