RE: How do you publish your documents, guides or completed help

We maintain a central repository for all of our end user documentation,
organized by product group and release.  All documentation there is in
PDF format and downloadable to our employees.  Client-facing employees
distribute the documentation to clients as is needed.
When documentation is updated, an email is sent to all employee groups
informing them of the guides that were updated and the location on the
server.
The WORD originals of the documentation, as well as graphics and a copy
of the PDF, are kept in Visual Source Safe.
