Again, nothing is collected beyond what every single website server in the
world collects. No personal information is collected. Nothing is installed
on your computer, nothing is sent anywhere.

There is no violation of privacy because nothing identifiable about you is
collected.

Where on the MadCap Web site does it state that the user is informed
about data collection?
