I like the bribing with cookies part. I work with a lot of engineers,
and where there's food, there's engineers. Getting documents reviewed
is another good reason for the Agile stand up meetings. When asked to
list any roadblocks, you just point to the document(s), and they all
go, "oh, right!"
Funny that a lot of suggestions that run through our brains are things
we would never do, in order to maintain the positive relationships
we've built with our co-workers and our boss. None of us have the
financial status of Conan O'Brien, who can afford to exercise complete
classlessness and demean his employer AND his colleagues, for fun's
sake.
