Except there is no way I know of for me to replicate the symbol of three vertical dots using my keyboard and Microsoft Word.

The vertical ellipsis with no tooltip is common in the app I'm currently documenting. I just say "Click â ..." with the â bolded (as all UI labels are).
It displays the context menu for the object on which it appears, so It's neither "more" nor "overflow."
