I'm with Mark on this one.

I knew, as I typed whatever corruption of LinkedIn that I posted
earlier, that I probably wasn't getting it right. Being a tech writer
tends to foster occupational hazards such as constant proofreading,
and obsessive correctness in many things, not all of which are
necessary or beneficial. There is an argument to be made that ever
deviating from that is to invite error in one's work, but I like to
flex toward letting go sometimes. I sweat all of the details when
executing work, but I like to kick back a little when in a casual mode
such as list email.
