A good question. I am also trying to build a home page. One of the first
things I did was convert my c.v. as I already had it available as a Word
document. Then, I started following the resume issue on this list and it
has left me in a bit of a dilemma.
First of all, do I need to re-think the content of my c.v.? I don't think
so, but I do think that maybe I also need an American style one-page
resume which I could tailor to each application.
Second, is my home page actually a good place to put my c.v. or resume. I
feel that I might be mixing business and pleasure. I want to create an
interesting home page, humourous and perhaps a little zany. However, my
c.v. is supposed to present me as a skilled professional. Is it possible
to mix business and pleasure like this?
Any thoughts, fellow techwhirlers?
