It would seem to me that the issue here is one of control of content
vs. simply providing a link to someone else's web site.

Certainly, TicketMaster should retain control over the content of
information relating to the tickets that they are selling. What if the
information contained on "Seattle Sidewalk" was incorrect. Who would
be responsible?

If MS was only linking to TicketMaster's home page then there
shouldn't be a problem IMHO.
