What I might do is introduce an alias the first time
the product is mentioned, then use that alias forward.

Example:

The BigCompany Accounting and Sandwich Making System
(hereafter known as "The System") will reduce the time
your customers wait for their tax returns and ham
sandwiches. "The System" does this by ....
